"I have loved coffee my entire adult life. The incredible smell, the brewing process, the ritual; the FLAVORS. Coffee is the most consumed beverage in the entire world - over 400 BILLION coffee's (yes that's billion with a B) are enjoyed every year! It's easy to see why. Coffee warms us. It calms us. It invigorates us. Coffee is a love language that is universally spoken and understood! To me, coffee represents human connection. We connect with ourselves in those early morning hours while sipping coffee. We connect with each other when we meet up at our favorite cafe to laugh and share stories. I love coffee because it's much more than a yummy pick me up (although it's definitely that too!), it's an experience!"

Kindness
We are all battling challenges that are unseen to those around us. As we navigate our days, we carry around those stresses. In a world that can often be harsh, at Java Groove we prefer to lead with kindness. When you walk through the shop front door, know we are happy to see you and you are welcome. Our goal is for the short time you spend with us, you feel safe, well fed (and caffeinated!), and most importantly that you BELONG.
Community
Here at Java Groove, we view the shop as both an opportunity and a responsibility. Our cafe gives us the chance to give back and connect with our community in profound ways, and we do not take that lightly. This community has welcomed us warmly and with open arms. We truly value this incredible mountain town. Human connection is a primary focus (and joy!) for us. We love chatting with customers who visit every day, holding special events for families, sharing in special moments and celebrations, and of course running charity events and fundraisers (St Baldrick's!). We all share this incredible human experience, so let's take care - of ourselves, and each other.
